Is there a minimum order for custom cookies?
Yes, we require a minimum order of one dozen cookies for custom designs to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail for each batch.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend booking at least 1 week in advance.
How is the pricing determined for custom orders?
Pricing is based on the complexity of the design, the number of colors used, and the total quantity. Once you share your idea, we'll provide a personalized quote.
Do you accept rush orders?
Depending on our current schedule, we will try to accommodate all rush orders but there may be a refusal depending on the request and time given. Only applies to orders greater than 24.
What is your delivery area and do you offer pickup?
We offer local pickup in Springboro, Ohio. Local delivery is available for a small fee within a 15-mile radius. Pickup has no additional fees for larger orders.
